When involved in a motor vehicle accident involving injury in
Minnesota, Minnesota "No-Fault" Law covers medical expenses, loss of
income and other miscellaneous expenses.  This is covered by your own
insurance company regardless of who is at fault.  You have this
insurance on any car you insure in Minnesota.
SUMMARY OF AVAILABLE NO-FAULT BENEFITS:

(Minimum coverage in Minnesota is $20,000.00)

         a.  Medical expenses including bills of doctor, chiropractor,
prescription costs and mileage expenses to and from treatment.

         b.  If you are disabled from work you may receive professional
vocational assistance for job search, education and retraining if
supported by the opinions of your treating doctor.

 WAGE LOSS / REPLACEMENT SERVICES:
(Minimum coverage in Minnesota is $20,000.00)

         a.  If you miss work due to injury and have restrictions from you
doctor or miss work for needed medical treatment you can
claim 85% of your wage loss up to a maximum of $250.00 per
              week.

         b.  If you are unable to perform activities (verified by treating
doctor) such as snow shoveling, lawn mowing, housecleaning,
or other household services you may be able to recover the
value of the services you cannot perform, or be reimbursed for
hiring others to do those things for you.
NOW THAT YOU HAVE YOUR MEDICAL
EXPENSES AND WAGE LOSS COVERED, DO YOU
HAVE A CLAIM AGAINST THE OTHER DRIVER
THAT CAUSED THE COLLISION?
If the collision is the fault of the other driver, you can make a
claim against his/her insurance company for disability, pain and
suffering and other damages if you have met any of the following
factors:

 1.  $4,000.00 or more in related medical expense;

 2.  60 days or more of inability to work or substantially
perform all of your activities of normal daily living; or

 3.  Your treating doctor gives the opinion that you sustained a
